It presents itself as a "Think Tank" focused on training and developing future African executives in new communication, political, civic, business, and leadership skills. As an institution supporting studies, reflection, strategic advice, and applied solutions, IPDD's guiding principle is the promotion of public-private partnerships and the acceleration of the private sector in Cape Verde and the African continent.
